Physical therapist loved it!
This is a wonderful and very stable cane. I purchased this for my father, who recently became an amputee. His physical therapist loved this cane because of its support and even its curved handle. He said it helped support the arm as well as giving my dad the ease of learning to use it with his prosthetic. It was easily adjusted to his hight and the broad stable base lets it stand alone and ready for use. My dad has been using it in his therapy secessions and says itâs very easy to use and he loves being mobile now.

Weight lands on firearm, not wrist!
Great to take weight off wrist, and is strong.Attractive purple caneâclassy looking. If you are not yet in some way already strong in two feet, possibly wait till you are as this is not as seriously sturdy as would be the old fashioned silver Quad cane that the PT has at therapyâthat is very safe. This little 6-point rubber bottom is very nice to have cane stand up by itself without having to hang into it while maybe at the post office checkout line when you are signing the purchase. However, do not think it is the same as a super solid metal 4-point quad cane.I say this is like a step beyond the quad cane ( as in your ought to be a little advanced and be more in between needing a quad cane and but yet ready for a one pointed cane tip). This is very handy as it is, as long as you are beyond the absolute need for a quad cane. The bottom only takes up a few inches if surface area whereas the traditional quad cane has a huge rectangular surface it covers (of many inches).Meaning, you have to be reasonably sure your two feet can bear enough weight that they will hold you up if you cannot find the best ground space for the cane.I hope I am making it clear this is an excellent cane for someone who can bear weight enough on both legs to stand without the cane, and just need it for movement stabilizing. If not yet ready for this, stay longer in the walker or quad cane si you can appreciate this intermediate option between quad cane and one pointed cane. I bought the one pointed tip fir when I improve my stability. Meanwhile I love this unusual shaped tip as it gives me a lot of options. In fact, I might keep using this when I am ready for one posted tip BECAUSE it literally stands upright all by itself! It has a curve to hookOn the arm or leanIn something else, but 9x out of 10, I just set it beside me as it stands by itself! Very convenient.AND IS LIGHT WEIGHT but strong enough to feel itâs sturdy support. One must use it in proper positionAnd you will train yourself quickly.MIT is adjustable and instructions say if you need higher support the setting can me a little taller for bearing more weight in arm.I am of good size and it holds me we up! It also can be used to stand up with something to hang into if there are no good armchair arms around. Like getting up in a waiting room when a Nursing Asst calls you.FYI: the cane Arrives in very gigantic box within a box and I had delivery person help me remove item from bix and take boxes away as there is 19x more package than product which apparently is to keep the cane perfect with zero risk of dents)!

Really helps my dad!
My dad needs a knee replacement, so he’s very off balance. He had a standard cane but it didn’t help. This new cane helps him much more. The part that goes around his forearm really helps his stability and LESS LIKELY to fall. It’s also adjustable, which is good because he’s really tall. Great cane!! Love the handle, it helps him feel more confident with walking. Thank you!!

Great cane
Wanted something sturdier than the typical cane or a collapsible. This is adjustable & love the several colors available. My favorite aspect is the hand & forearm support…

Sturdy, stable, and different in a good way
I have a chronic pain condition that makes walking difficult. Some days I need to take the weight off of one leg or the other, some days I feel unsteady, and some days I just need something to give me a bit of extra confidence. I’ve been using a standard cane around the house, but rarely using it because it was too difficult to carry around. I got the StrongArm cane about a week and a half ago. The StrongArm cane stands on its own very easily. It’s lightweight but feels very sturdy, and the hand grips are big enough and cushioned enough that my hands don’t hurt even if I lean heavily into it. I love the added support for my arm. It takes the pressure of off my wrist, and the cushion there also doesn’t hurt me. I’m able to switch arms as needed. I’ve started taking it with me everywhere because it’s easy. This was a great purchase for my independence.

Awkward for me to use
The cane is very sturdy and would be perfect for a man of stature. I am a 5′ 4″, 140lb, 80 year female with IBM. I will keep the cane for emergency purposes. Always good to have one within reaching distance.

Amazing control and support!! Genius Design!!
Canes donât work well if your wrists are weak. Crutches with upper arm support also provide stability but not support. Rollators are great but difficult to maneuver in tight hallways and narrow doorways, or, if like me, dragging oxygen tubing around. I have a bad hip and weak wrists. I accidentally discovered one day while using a quad-legged cane (which are not good at all) when I leaned my forearm briefly against the back of my chair in passing, that I suddenly and briefly had 100% support. So I searched for âhip supporting caneâ and found this one. Itâs perfect!!! You get the support from the strongest part of the arm: the forearm. And, the flexible base is genius because you never know where youâre going to put it down with each step or at what angle. I never have to worry about being off balance because of it, or not getting the support I need because Iâm not placing the cane in the right angle or position on the floor every time. No idea who came up with this idea, but it is pure genius and been a life changer for me. Even my PT and OT have been impressed with it. Only downside is the price, but if you can afford it, itâs worth every penny and then some!

So far so good
I have Parkinson’s and this is the best cane I’ve use. Still getting use to it but really sturdy and well made. Working well with my posture, balance, stability and gait. Even outside on uneven ground.

Wow, what an amazing difference from a typical standard cane! I suffered 8 years before I had a hip replacement…only had a standard cane. So much stability, felt more upright! The design makes movement so much better! I bought it cause my other hip is going..and I thought….I need something better! Well I did research and I found the rolls royce of canes! So heavy duty. 12 settings for height! I wish I had this for my first hip replacement..however I shall be ready for the next!

The shape means there is additional support via the forearm. It also gives the possibility of support when rising from a low seat.
