Empty capsule, questionable packing inspection
Although there is only one capsule that is empty, the substance spilled into the bottle, which makes me question their quality, check & balance process.Itâs too soon to determine how well the calcium works.

Scary product.
I recently fractured my wrist. As Iâm nearly 70 and a woman, I thought some bone building products would be beneficial. I started with 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch, with food, as directed. I didnât notice any change that day/night. I took the same the next day and that night my heartbeat was noticeable at bedtime but I had no issue going to sleep but noticed an elevated heartbeat. The next day, I took the recommended amount and I experienced a thumping heartbeat all day and that night, I was awakened by my heartbeat banging away so loudly it frightened me. The next day, I took 1/2 the amount and only at breakfast. It still affected me the same. I only took one pill the next day, and had noticeable heart pounding and so I stopped taking it completely. On night 7, it finally returned to normal. So, Iâm not going to take anymore of these. I only took 11 pills total. I have never had any supplement affect me like this. Scary.

I have used this product for months and this month this bottle was delivered and upon opening it has a hole in the seal. I tried to return it but found out itâs not returnable.
