I don’t usually even bother posting reviews even though I read them all the time. Partly out of laziness lol and also because I know there will be a bunch of other people who love leaving them that will tell people how it is already. With that said I felt obligated to share how great this has been for me. I had (skip this part if your squeamish lol) very water stool and stomach issues for years. While I am very active and in shape my midsection was getting bigger and my morning mood was hit or miss. Since I have been taking these and drinking 25 grams of protein first thing when I get up my entire mood and feel is better. I start every day off with more energy and my stool is almost consistently solid again. I am not even done the first bottle all the way and I ordered another and will def be staying on this for the foreseeable future. best $21 a month you could spend if you have any issues similar to what I had.

Iâve been taking one a day everyday for several years now. I was feeling bloated and extra gassy so my doctor recommend these to me. Iâm not nearly as bloated and itâs an easy pill to swallow. With only a very small scent and tastes a little like plastic from the capsule coating. They seem quality, worth giving a chance. It has many strands of different probiotics to help with different issues you may be having.

So I started these a year ago. I have increased energy. I use the bathroom regularly I’ve struggled my whole life with that. So this has made a big change in my life. These have been my go to. I can tell when I haven’t taken them im drained. I never slow down now I also take Magnesium. but I can tell a big difference. As we get older our bodies change our energy level and drive slows. I’ve found that these give me that energy and normalcy back. So if your looking for something that actually works I’d give it a try. I know I get tired of trying and nothing working but I’ve been on these a year and they do the job.

Best probiotics on the market!
Been using this for months. It works great! Takes a couple weeks for any probiotic to start working as I have tried several but this one worked a lot faster and is more regulating than more expensive ones I have bought.
