Works great, accurate reading, great layout
Bright, easy to use, easy to read, accurate, and well laid out. She even talks to you, tells you to rest easy. No more putting it up to your heart, it finds your pulse on your wrist. No batteries, plugs in to a USB port. Worked right out of the box without being charged. $23 is an insanely great price.

Works great, easy to use
This monitor works great. Is accurate and very easy to use. It has a sturdy wrist band that adjusts to any wrist size. I bought two!

Very nice but not very accurate
This is very nice and convenient. I am training to be an EMT so that fact that it isnât accurate enough as compared to a traditional blood pressure cuff isnât a good thing. The difference between the two is just too big. Good for home use for sure though.

Easy gadget, consistent results
Very easy to set up and use. I had been warned away from wrist monitors by one medical professional but recommended to them by my cardiologist, so this is the one I chose and I’m happy with it. I’ve taken it to my cardiologist to compare to their own reading and found that the systolic was consistently reading ~8% lower and diastolic ~5% lower than at his office. The display is large, and the voice readback is clear. It also measures heart rate, and has a memory that allows for some tracking and averaging. Super easy to just pop it on and get the readings.

Monitoring made easy
I bought this BP monitor to replace a more complicated one Iâd been using for years. Diagnosed with high pressure after COVID and long COVID last year, it became important to keep track of my numbers as I adjusted to my new meds. This wrist monitor is easy to use and I find it very reliable. In addition to pressure readings, it also provides current heart rate. The display is easy to see, even in low lighting, and thereâs also an audio announcement. You canât go wrong with this one.

Easy to use and accurate
I was looking for an easy to use blood pressure monitor and this fits the bill. I love the plug in charger, so no batteries! When you hit start, it speaks to you and gives beginning instructions, it’s easy to read if you’re older because of the black screen.Lot’s of details, but the main thing is you can simply wrap it around your wrist, leaving an inch below your hand, keep it at heart level and it takes just a few seconds.Very grateful for this wonderful device!

Small footprint and easy to use
The wrist blook pressure monitor appears to be clinical grade, or at least as good as the BP monitor’s seen of Dr’s offices. This wrist monitor replaced an arm gauge with separate cuff and gauge/pump which takes up a lot of space when you have to have it out to take your BP every day.Since I am the only user of this BP monitor, it contains a lot more capabilities than I actually need and use, but for someone with limited eyesight, even with the very large numbers, the ability to hear the reading may be an attractive feature. And the ability to store and recall your previous results may also be a needed feature that I currently do not use since I have to provide my readings to the cardiologist on annual visits, so my readings are manually recorded in a spreadsheet. The monitor has only given me an error reading indicating that it could not take the reading only a few times, and I found that the gauge was not properly centered on the wrist. When that correction was made, the gauge took the reading without issue. In my case, the battery lasts at least a week without having to recharge, and I have to take my BP three times each day. If your readings are longer intervals, then the battery should last a good long while without having to recharge. I came with a USB-A to USB-C cable, but you need to supply your own adapter. It also comes with a nice carrying case.Other reviews have disparaged the wrist BP monitor as not being as accurate as a medical grade sphygmomanometer, however, one must realize that using the same medical grade equipment, readings vary between the nurse/technician/physician because the readings depend on when the pulse is detected and when it disappears, which is totally dependent on the hearing of the person taking the reading. So, you can’t take that as the absolute accurate reading either. That is the reason the physician gives you range for where your BP should be and everyone’s BP normal is not the same. You shouldn’t be afraid of wrist BP monitors, because they help give you a trend, which is all you really want when doing home readings.I found the readings from the wrist BP monitor to be almost exactly the same as taken from the arm with traditional cuff. Also as mentioned above, by Dr’s office uses the wrist BP monitor very similar to this one, so you can be safe in getting this monitor and rest assured that it will be just as accurate as taken in the office.

Very easy to use!
The Oklar wrist blood pressure monitor is an excellent product. The performance is great since the usual blood pressure cuffs are too big for my slim arms giving an incorrect reading. The voice activation is great and I like how lightweight it is on my small wrist.
