Omega-3 goodness with no fishy taste!
I learned about the health benefits of taking an Omega-3 supplement years ago, and immediately incorporated it into my diet. I don’t eat seafood because I just can’t stomach the taste, so I thought it was even more important to take an Omega-3 supplement to get those vital nutrients. I had always heard about the dreaded “fish burps” that some animal-based supplements would cause, but nothing prepared me for how awful that phenomenon actually was until it happened to me. If you haven’t experienced this, I can’t even describe it to you. But I immediately threw those supplements in the trash and vowed to never take another one, health consequences or no health consequences. So imagine my absolute DELIGHT when I discovered that Nature’s Bounty makes a PLANT-BASED Omega-3 supplement! I couldn’t order it fast enough. I feel so good about the fact that I’m giving my body the Omega-3 support it needs without any risk of a recurrence of that horrible fishy side effect. I can’t recommend this stuff enough.

Omega 3 without the potential for that “fishy” taste!
I thought I’d give these plant-based Omega 3 capsules a try. They are a little large but go down easily. There is none of the “repeating” that can happen with fish-based Omega 3 supplements.These are made in the USA! That’s always a big plus for me.The expiration date on my bottle is 01/2026. Can’t tell for sure when they were made, but that’s still a good shelf life from August 2024.I really can’t find anything wrong with these capsules!As usual, please consult your primary caregiver before taking these or any other supplements.

Easy to take, no aftertaste
I’ve been trying to find some vitamins to take that would be beneficial to my body and health. Everything that was advertised on this was was suitable for me and added bonus that it’s plant-based. I’ve been taking these supplements and havent physically felt any difference, but they are super easy to ingest with no nasty aftertaste.

competitive value for plant based omega-3s
I was not super familiar with the brand, although I have seen them around. This doesn’t really mean much, it’s so hard to keep up with supplements so I tend to stay with those I know. I am plant based, so the need for good omega-3’s from a plant based source it critical as I age, Especially as they are one of the things it is a bit harder to get in my regular diet.While no hard rule that as a supplement it is better than imported, somehow made in the US was comforting. I was surprised that there were only 30 in the big bottle, but my normal brand I take 2-550mg and they come in a 60 count… so basically the same in one capsule. These are larger than my normal source, but I do not have an issue swallowing larger pills.I have not noticed a difference in everyday feeling, nor do I expect to and this is where trust is important. I have searched the webs and I can’t find anything that would misplace that trust, so I feel good about this.
