Reclining feature is really nice. I use it especially when washing my wife’s hair. I just tuck a towel under her neck, lean her back over a large plastic storage bin and use the kitchen sink pull- out faucet. Works great.

Saved my month – My mother can’t walk, can’t even get out of the chair, and needed to go to the dentist for some tooth extractions. I had no idea how we were going to move her from the wheelchair to the dentist chair. This eliminated that concern. The dentist even remarked after the work was done that if not for that chair he would have had to turn her away. Absolutely brilliant.

This is a very nice wheelchair, but it is very heavy for me. My husband does not have as much trouble getting it in to the car as I do. I love to push it and my daughter is very comfortable in it.

RE: Medline Reclining Wheelchair, Desk-Length Arms and Elevating Leg Rests, 16″ x 18″ Seat. I bought this chair for my elderly mom. This is a good chair; I really did like it; however, I had to return it because it was difficult to fit it in my trunk. I am a petite female, so it was also heavy for me to lift it in and out of my car trunk. Otherwise, I would have kept it.

We were very worried when we saw the FedEx driver set the box out, it looked rough and was damaged top to bottom! Thankfully the chair wasnât damaged and was easy to put together. This chair seems to be perfect for our needs. We got it for our son because we canât always take his powered wheelchair on camping trips, etc. The reclining back will work perfect for tube feeding him too. He weighs 125 lbs. and the 16â seat is perfect for him.
