Strong and Lightweight
I’ve been using this chair for about a month and am so grateful for it. My mom needs something to help her get around when she needs to leave the house and travel for longer distances than she can comfortably walk. I was initially worried that the seat area might be too small or feel too tight for my mom, who was about 200 lbs, but there are no problems with that at all. Someone in another review suggested getting a seat pad to make the seat more comfortable, and I 100% agree. It greatly adds to the comfort of the chair because I didn’t find it too comfortable without the pad. What I love about the chair is how lightweight and compact it is. When my mom needs to take a cab or get a ride in a car, the leg attachments come on and off very easily, the chair folds easily, the push handles also fold down to give it a smaller profile for stowing, and the chair is so lightweight that it’s easy to put in and out of a trunk or to carry up and down stairs. The locking mechanism is easy to access and is secure. Unlike a regular wheelchair, this transport chair is intended to be pushed by someone, not for the person seated to be able to push themselves, but I do wish there was a way that the seated person could have access to a/the locking mechanism so they could lock or unlock the chair themselves if necessary. My mom once used to the chair to scoot herself around the kitchen in order to cook and it was tricky for her to stand up and sit down with ease because she couldn’t access the brakes herself from a seated position and the brakes should be on as a person sits and gets up.Overall, I am thrilled with this chair and highly recommend it. The big wheels create a smooth ride and the material of the wheels allow me to kinda easily slide my mom over in the chair when on a smooth surface and I need more room to navigate in a small space. Highly recommended.

Midline lightweight foldable wheelchair
We are Absolutely in love with this chair. Itâs perfect for our needs. When I go to doctor a relative or friend has to go inside the building and see if available wheelchair (at times thereâs not), bring it to me, get me out of car, into chair, then Iâm pushed into building and my driver has to go hunt a parking spot and walk back. When I leave the appointment we do the same process in reverse. Pushes me to door in chair, walks to parking lot to fetch car, parks at front door, fetches me, etc. The chair is light weight and folds easily. We get this chair out of car, opens it, I scoot in and weâre off! The foot pads are removable. Love it. A friend of mine bought one and told me how easy it was for them to operate and comfortable. I agree highly recommend n. .

Super helpful chair when you need to get in the car and go
My elderly Aunt is in a wheelchair. She can still stand and take a few small steps with support and a guiding hand. This chair has be a life saver for taking her to appointments and getting her out of the house occasionally. It folds very, very easily. It is light enough for me ( an out of shape, middle aged woman) to lift into the trunk of my Prius. My trunk is not super big but with the fold down part of this transport chair’s seat back, it fits perfectly. It maneuvers wells. My only complaint is that my Aunt is very petite and the lap belt does not get small enough to actually secure her. We only use it for outings as it is not supportive enough for her to be in all day long. She needs a real wheelchair at home.

Versatile, easy to pack/store/carry, well made, good value
This chair is a very good value. We have had this chair for 5 months now and have found it very convenient, sturdy, and practical. My wife has limited mobility but likes to do some walking, and she can use this chair as a walk-behind rollator with its hand brakes or as a transport chair with its foot rests attached when she tires. It folds down to a profile smaller than her Drive Nitro rollator. This configuration is easier for me to push than a wheel chair. The position of the handles is a little low for my 6’1″ height, but unlike a wheel chair this transporter can be pushed without my bending over. I like having the brakes/locks on the handles, not only because it enables use as a rollator, but because the pusher can set the wheel locks without bending down.We use a small strap with a plastic clasp in front of the arm rests to hold the chair folded for storage. We also made two fabric pouches for it. One holds the footrests and rides on the seat when they are not in use. The second pouch hangs behind the back rest by straps across the handles to hold any other items. Both get stored in the folded seat and another small strap is run between the seat handles to secure everything in place. The designs of the rear tires and brakes need improvement, and I will probably replace them at some point. The tires are very hard and can still slide on the floor when locked. As with the Drive Nitro, the brakes/locks are just pieces of metal without pads. They work well as locks because they can bite into the hard tires, but they are terrible as brakes because they exert very little drag on the tire. This design is acceptable for rollator use when there is no rider, but there is not enough drag to help slow the chair when transporting the weight of an adult rider.

Item is awesome. Using Canada Post for delivery is useless. They refused to deliver it. I had to pick up 3 units at the Post Office after having a broken hip repaired. Canada Post SUCKS

I bought this for my father who is 180 lbs and 5’8″. He says it is very comfortable and the large wheels help to make the ride smooth over small bumps. Sometimes he sits in it at home instead of the normal house furniture because he says it is so comfortable. It is very light for the size, and easy to push with someone it it. The foot rests remove, handles fold down, and sides come together about half the original width, then it easily fits in any small hatchback and probably most sedan trunks. It can be collapsed, or reassembled, in under a minute. It fits in the rear of my Toyota mini van without any need to collapse. I just put it in the back standing on the wheels, and lock the brakes. The construction is very good, but beware this is a light duty chair which I don’t think can take extreme use. It doesn’t go at all in gravel, sand or thick lawns. I was afraid to break it when once I tried pushing my dad across the lawn. I took my dad to a cemetery with a paved foot path that had lots of roots raising the pavement. The chair felt like it was twisting out of shape, and I am sure it would not endure a lot of this twisting. The chair is not meant for “off roading”. If you stay on hard flat surfaces it is a great chair for the user and the pusher. I think it is very good value and would highly recommend if used only on flat, firm surfaces.
