I tried these for the first time when I was in-patient at the hospital for a month when I felt the cafeteria food was not giving me enough nutrition. I tried the other flavor though, and thought it was yummy. I stayed away from the ginger one for a few months because it didnt sound good to me until they were sold out one day. Now I prefer the ginger flavor because the texture is more pleasing, and the flavor is very light! Mostly lemony. I have these on a monthly subrscription since they are very easy to leave in the car/gym bag/purse for later because it wont melt, only sweat. Anyways, my fiance says they are boring but This is healthy clean option that works well for me!

Vegan, high protein, high fiber and taste is bearable
I bought these bars to use as a post workout snack. I purchased the chocolate kind so thatâs what Iâm reviewing.I really like that they are vegan and made from natural foods. They have 11 grams of protein and 14 grams of fiber which I value highly as well.The taste is not great, but Iâve tried a lot of protein/fiber bars in my time and they are usually pretty terrible. The chocolate bar is okay. Definitely easier to eat than some others Iâve tried. Youâre not going to be eating them like candy, but theyâre definitely not what I would consider bad.Itâs a good thing they donât taste like candy because that fiber hits hard. A single bar has 14 grams of fiber and trust me you can definitely tell a few hours after eating it. It has made me very regular so be aware of that before you eat one.Overall not a bad fiber/protein bar. Taste is alright and the nutrition is top notch. I recommend if thatâs what youâre looking for.

Fills chocolate cravings and good for you!
LyfeFuel chocolate protein bars were a great addition on my recent backpacking trip without melting or crumbling. You can’t say that for many snack bars. I feel good adding these as a healthy option. They do have a slightly grainy taste, but you get used to it. I’m picky about protein bars and this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve tried. I do wish Amazon (and their official website) were more specific with the ingredient list before ordering, but from what I can see listed, it’s all-organic and all-plant based. There’s nothing here that is bad for you. This was a gift, but I’ll definitely recommend it and consider purchasing in the future.

Gets the job done!
I was slightly dubious about the ginger flavor, but I was pretty wrong! Ginger and lemon work quite nicely together and it does not taste sour or anything. It has a pleasant taste and itâs great before a workout. Iâve also been eating them in the morning before early shifts at work. I like it a lot!

Quite tasty
They are convenient and quite tasty however you will want a glass of water after as it can leave your mouth feeling a little dry. I enjoy the flavor but that is a preference and I would not be recommending them to someone who does not like lemon, the ginger flavor is very mild.

Every box is moldy
The first box I got of these, I loved. Every box since had been moldy. The first time I thought it was a storage issue on my side, after that, I started checking them immediately on arrival.Finally canceled my autoship.might be different ordering direct from LyfeFuel, where they havenât been sitting in an Amazon warehouse for whatever time period.But I buy their protein powder, so have just been using that in other recipes instead since itâs truly shelf stable.

They’re OK
I have yet to find a low carb bar that I love. These are ok. The flavor is sort of weak and the crunchiness is a bit strange. I will eat them, about 1/2 a bar when I am really hungry as a filler between meals.

These bars are perfect for a snack! Itâs not too sweet and I like the nuts/seeds inside for different textures. Itâs a dense bar that will keep you full. Love that its a healthy snack option!
