Best for airline seats!!
I used this for a long overseas flight. Perfect. Easy to adjust even while I sat on it to get the amount of cushioning just right. Deflating is easy and it is VERY SMALL after removing the air. Will take it on every flight (then I’m not complaining like my husband is at the end of the flight that the seats are too hard!) Good value for the price. Held the air just fine

Perfect little fold-up cushion
I have tried many cushions for my sensitive behind and found this one to be the most comfortable. LOVE that it folds up so small. I don’t leave home without it when going to amusement parks and hiking. Takes only a few short breaths to blow up.

Saves my butt (literally) on my flights!
This cushion is pretty dang awesome! I fly from South Carolina to the Philippines fairly often to visit my family. That’s a total of about 23 hours in three different plans and my butt bone would be in excruciating pain every time I arrived before I got this. Now, there is no pain at all. I can actually get some sleep with no pain now. I like how small it is when deflated. It even fits in a hip pocket. It only takes me one breath to inflate. I only wish it had a rubberized bottom so it wouldn’t slide around, but other than that, I can’t recommend it enough. That’s the only reason I gave it four stars. I’m 170 lbs. and it holds my weight easily without compressing too much. It could work for the office, games where the bleachers are hard, etc. It especially works well on long-haul flights like mine and it literally saves your butt!

Relief!
I have lower back issues (tailbone and a herniated disc), and flying is absolute torture for me. This has helped me so much! I just took a four hour flight with the pillow, and the pain was considerably less. I took another long flight before I bought the pillow in June, and my back bothered me for several days, so this is a miracle product for me! I also love that it deflates to nothing, easy to pack and put in a pocket. If you have lower back issues, this is definitely worth a go. I tried a lumbar pillow and a foot swing in the past, and this product is so much better than any of the other stuff. Bravo!

Comfortable, compact, and light, but didn’t hold air
If this had held air well, I would have kept it and given it five stars. If you really want one, maybe yours will hold up, so I gave it an average grade. It inflates with one breath, and having no foam for self inflating, it is very compact. You can easily carry it in a pocket or purse – it is just a few cubic inches. It was very comfortable for about 40 mninutes, but slowly got flat and was doing nothing by about an hour. I tightened the valve as much as I dared, and it went flat just as fast. You could keep blowing it up, if that will work for you. It is a little tricky to inflate to the maximum, as there is no check valve to give you time to twist the valve closed. If you can manage to hold the pressure with your mouth, you can turn the seat to close the valve and get maximum inflation. I would have put up with that, but for my application (recumbent bike seat cushion), the leakage is a deal breaker.

Lifesaver
Used this on a trans-Atlantic eight-hour flight, and inflated it while the plane was still boarding. Took just a few seconds to inflate, and the cap design is really really clever so you can’t accidentally unplug it and deflate it without wanting to. You can orient it any way you wish, and the grooves help break up the tension in your legs and backside. It did a great job, even when I leaned forward to watch a movie, and sat back to eat a meal. Just overall very happy with this very lightweight inflatable seat, which probably saved my bottom from certain dire consequences.

Portable and helpful
Great for an on the go little cushion. Love the compact size when not blown up. Fits in a purse. Not very thick but surprisingly good design for max comfort.

THE BEST INFLATABLE CUSHION
I injured my sciatica nerve at the spot in my thigh and almost overnight I was unable to sit comfortably and kept leaning to the other side. I sat on this butt pad for a month straight at every opportunity I was sitting down. Bus rides became so much easier, flat dining chairs became more tolerable, and I started to get comfortable for any seating situation. If I folded up the inflatable cushion it could fit in my purse discreetly for restaurants. The grey color is also discreet. This cushion has tremendously improved my life and comfort.
