Doesnât work – ripped my moms skin – high monthly rate
I bought this device for my 71 year old mother, after she had an extremely bad fall- they make it seem like the process is easy to set up but thereâs barely any instructions in the instruction guide and after two days and my mom about to have a fall it made my momâs skin rub open because obviously when youâre older, your skin is very thin⦠The company customer service is mid level helpful at best . I will be sending us back as soon as I get the return label to bring to UPS⦠Also, itâs $40 a month which I was not expecting since thatâs not listed .

Great Customer Service!
Got this for my elderly father, mostly for the fall protection. His memory is very bad and he likes to mess with stuff. He kept pressing buttons and setting off the alarm, which is an instant call to 9-1-1 (we had 4 alarms in one afternoon) I called customer service, spoke with Ana. She was awesome and she got it set it up so the watch would call my wife and I 1st. Not 9-1-1. Which was really nice as we only live a few blocks away. It needs to be charged and he couldn’t figure out how to charge it. (it is very easy with the magnetic snap charger, so he learned that, but then he would forget to put it back on. So for dad this watch just didn’t work out, ironically, because it worked too well! Refunds were easily processed and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service.

Broken device returned twice.
The first two units sent false alarms, but mfg.. replaced them quickly.Battery has to be re-charged every 2d.Band of watch is bulky and bothers my wrist.Vital sign screen does not appear to give correct data for BP, pulse, or O2.

This has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made on Amazon. The device worked for 5 days & quit. The vendor was unable to resolve the problem. First, the watch band was so small I needed to replace it before I could even wear it & I only have a 7″ wrist. Second, the instructions were non-existent & the touch screen controls are NOT intuitive, at least not to me. Third, the charger is magnetic & on the back side of the watch body, so it’s necessary to remove the watch & set it aside when it needs to be charged.The first disappointment was when registering the watch for their monitoring service, though the listing implied a monthly fee less, the actual charge was almost $50 per month. When the device failed & I contacted the support people, they told me I had to return it for a replacement or refund. I did not want to return it, I only wanted the monthly monitoring fee terminated, since I had no intention of going forward with this device. Their response was to ignore my request & mail me a UPS return label. When I contacted them to reiterate that I was not expecting a refund or replacement & was willing to eat the cost & write it off as a bad decision, the informed me that if I DID NOT RETURN the device, they would have to CHARGE ME A LOST DEVICE FEE!Apparently this is not an outright sale, but some kind of rental scam. I saw nothing to indicate this or I would never have made the purchase.MY advice is avoid this seller & this device. I have no confidence it does what they claim & I know mine failed in short order. The support people were civil, but useless.

Comes with no instructions
Has several problems with this watch. Came with no instructions and very sensitive. I had to call several times as it was very sensitive. And would go off even when I did not fall. Had to call several times for them to adjust it. Had to then order another watch .i am 80yrs old and needed it for falls. HAVE TI CALL AGAIN CAUSE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ADJUST THE TIME DUE TO THE TIME CHANGE . Very disappointed I WOULD NIT RECCOMEND IT. On positive side it does have some good features . Can display vital signs.

easy to use
I got these devices for my mom and dad after a fall. Both devices arrived quickly and look easy to use. They are small and light. They look nice too. Customer service was nice and easy to deal with. You can have up to 5 personal emergency contacts on file with the emergency operator and the operator can call one of us kids instead of emergency services if needed. They can also keep any prescriptions on file incase paramedics do need to be called. Great devices!

It stops working every two weeks. Its junk!
This watch is junk. It stops working about every two weeks, the company sends us a new one and asks us to send the broken one back. It takes them a week to send us a new one. In the meantime, my mother’s life is in danger. We are on our third watch. I am going to try to get our money back.
