Do not buy this item! You will regret it!
Just don’t buy this thing!A few bolts and washers were missing so I couldn’t complete the assembly 100%. The frame is shaky and unstable. The padded seat clamps on to the aluminum frame with plastic U-shaped clamps but they slide around so the seat shifts. The hole in the seat is too small to take care of usual toilet needs (if used over a toilet, such as wiping) and there isn’t enough clearance between the bottom of this seat and the existing toilet set for a helper to reach in and offer assistance. The lock on the wheels are EXTREMELY HARD to engage and disengage, and I am afraid I will snap my fingers in the process. They are too stiff to use your toes to disengage. And the wheels that are unlocked don’t move freely enough.The manufacturer should stop producing this. It’s a terrible product, not even worth $10.Just don’t buy this thing!

I’m in a wheelchair with a broken leg this is great in the shower easy to use and keeps you independent while recovering. The size is good the comfort could be a little better hard seat but still works good!

Minimally functional with shortcomings
The chair is functional but this has shortcomings. The bolts provided are too long and some of the cap nuts bottom before the joints are secure. And, the rubber wheels are too hard and slide in the locked position in the shower. You can reverse the locking wheels to the front position if desired.

Perfect exactly what I needed
This is the perfect size. I have MS and as far as safety this chair works awesome to be rolled into the shower. I haven’t been able to spray my undercarriage for a while. This is perfect!One thing I had to do was zip tie the seat onto the frame. Unfortunately it kept popping up. But it works once I zip tide it.

Long story short… the pvc cushion started to tear and our psw notices that the the wheels do not lock… so the chair is unstable and not safe to leave a person in the chair alone. Not a good purchase; as they say.. You get what you pay for.

Who knows? Packing carton was beaten up and there was a hole near the bottom. Presumably, the hardware slipped out. Couldn’t assemble the chair and had to return it. Not convenient.It would have been easier to give us a new package but that’s not the policy.om
