These Disposable Incontinence Briefs are good for caretakers. They are easy to put on/take off and don’t leak. They are made of soft materials and are a reasonable value for the number of briefs received. I would order them again. They are pretty good at odor-control as well.

Adjustable tabs, no leaks
Hello friends, I selected these adult diapers for menstruation.I gave these immediately to my housemate who loves to wear disposable underwear during her period. She has very heavy flows and appreciates the ability to just not care during the night. This is the first time she has ever used disposable underwear that have tabs like a baby’s diaper. She liked it. She couldn’t mess with them but she also doesn’t like that. Potentially they could just pull open. She says they are very absorbent and do not leak. They’re very comfortable to sleep in and she does not feel overheated. Good product. Just as good as the name brand stuff.

Wow – I Am Really Impressed – Better than Bladder Pads
I really thought these disposable briefs would leak and fall down on me, but they don’t do either. They contain fluid very well and stay up around my waist (and I have a muffin top!). I have used bladder pads before and they always leak a small amount SOMEWHERE. These are fully contained. They are packed in individual 5-packs, which is great for travel. Each single one is then individually packed. Great item!

Not for overnight doesn’t hold much.
These don’t hold but one small wetting. It feels wet once used. These are no better than the cheap depends. Definitely not overnight. I don’t recommend them.

The most comfortable I have even worn! The “DAFI Overnight Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, 40 Count/Extra Large Disposable Underwear & Briefs” feel and wear more like regular underpants and I forget that I’m wearing adult protection. They are lightweight and don’t feel baggy or floppy like most. They fit snugly and stay in place even though I could have gone with the smaller size. They don’t itch or irritate the skin. They are briefs, not granny panties so they comfortably ride well below the belly button. I appreciate they work great under clothing and don’t give that baggy butt feeling. These feel like they are great middle ground. For those who find a pad doesn’t give them enough protection, but they don’t want to wear full-on total incontinence diapers. Some of the uses listed on the package are “everyday leakage protection, travel assurance, period protection, postoperative care, postpartum care, daycare.” I appreciate that the box arrives with 8 white plastic sealed packages and each one contains 5 pairs of sanitary underwear (that are again wrapped in plastic). There is nothing written on the white packages except the manufacture date. Mine all say May 22, 2023 (the date is also on the outside of the box). I learned from searching the reason diaper-type products are dated is they can deteriorate and loose elasticity after 2 years and although they don’t expire, they may not work as well. I don’t know if it’s the first time I have encountered dated products or if I just never noticed before. I am extremely pleased with these and have no doubt I will be ordering more.
