Great idea
I am always looking for ways to add fiber to my diet, especially when traveling! These convenient packets are ideal! Flavorless, instantly dissolve and great quality fiber! So great I’ll keep these on hand always!!

Flavorless and works quickly
This mixes easily with any beverage. I am putting it in water or iced tea and there is no grittiness, no flavor to the Benefiber. I read in other reviews that it may take a few days to work, however it worked the first day for me. It is gentle and helps promote regularity, especially when on a low carb diet plan.

My trusty little friend! Whenever I am struggling digestively, I always recruit my friend Benefiber to help me out. Only one individual packet is required (for me) each day in at least 8 oz of liquid. No taste and no grit, BUT RESULTS!I would absolutely recommend this to anyone over Mirolax since the price is so much lower and much more reasonable.

Good for travel & work
I really like the packet and I am a been fiber fan anyway. But the individual packets make it easy to take with you on a trip or put in your bag to go to work.

Great product
Probiotics are supposed to be very good for your digestive system. I drink a lot of water and this leaves absolutely no taste or gritty feel. It is also high in fiber and I’m not fond of another fiber supplement that never seems to dissolve completely that my doctors recommend. It is getting harder to find in my local big box store, and while it is available at the grocery store, they mark the price up about 50%. So I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. Saved me from going on fruitless searches at the big box stores and even better, was delivered to my front door the next day at a great price.

Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. Thisproduct is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*
