This is a v wry good product in terms of its formula. It has all the natural ingredients to help you lower you blood sugar levels. I take it with my Metaform 500mg twice daily when I eat. However, as for the quality, I have no idea about this brand! My favorite Vitamin and Herbs brand is Solgar which has a gold top and comes only in glass bottles. They are very high quality brand and they don’t cut corners for anyone! However, with other brands, I’m not as comfortable as Solgar because they can put any ingredients on the label and you won’t know if it’s true or not because FDA does not test them for Purity and Quality and that’s why there are hundreds and Thousand different brands of vitamin and Herbs on the market and I know for fact that 75% of them are poor quality because I have been in the Nutrition business for almost twenty years and the only quality brands I recommend are: Solar, Twinlab, Solaray, Natur’s Plus, Nature’s Way and Source Naturals. These are my favorite brands and every time I want to order Vitamins, Minerals or Herbs I order from these manufacturers and as you can see and find out, you do not see deep discounts on these brands specially Solgar because they are quality brands and they don’t offer deep discounts like other cheap products do so be very careful.

I was glad to find this ONE product that I can use during working hours, as opposed to bringing all my separate supplements with me every day. I have talked several times to the Companies who make my main supplements, and so far, none have listened and developed a single FOCUSED formula like this! I also wanted the convenience of a single product that I can easily add into my supplementing and daily routine, which would focus on lowering A1C, helping to lower bad cholesterol, keeping my metabolism operating well, and decreasing my desires for unhealthy snacking between meals. So far, so good. But I will need a bit more time to discover the overall benefits and effects. Then I will return and give an even more extensive review. I plan to stay on this product as long as I can afford to and once I get my next round of blood work as I feel it will do what it says, as I have used many of its ingredients separately before and they DO work! It will be nice if the results are really huge as then I will ONLY need this product along with their digestive enzyme product, to do the trick!! Stay tuned and try some for yourself! Don’t take this product! Zero stars
I bought this because I’m a pretty diabetic and thought it would help, I took the first pill on a full stomach after breakfast and two hours later I started to get dizzy and heart was pounding so loudly I could hear it in my ears. I started to sweat and had to lay down. I didn’t take any for a few days because I was scared. But I said maybe it was just me and not the pill and I followed the same thing, ate my breakfast and took a pill. This time was worse and all the same things happened but in between my breast bone I had a terrible pain and at one point had my fingers on the 911 because I thought I was really going to die. For over 45 minutes I could hear my heart pounding and I was dizzy and shaking again Do not take this product, your life could be over if you do. It is definitely the pill that did that to me. I will be throwing them out. I don’t know how Amazon can even sell something like this.
