Easy to set up, register and connect, ring is less intrusive than smartwatch.
Device came with a manual and USB-C charger. I was impressed how easy it was to register a new account and pair my phone with the ring. App dashboard displays 3 graphs: Oxygen concentration, pulse rate and motion in sleep. App settings allow you to choose between imperial and metric units and set alarm ranges. If threshold is reached all the phones linked to the account will issue audible notification alert and the ring will vibrate as well. I got this ring specifically for night time as it is dedicated to health function and non-intrusive as a smartwatch that tends to vibrate every hour or so even when put in DND mode. Settings also allow you to adjust screen brightness and vibration strength. The device is also field updatable.

Nice device but reads low sometimes; adjustable sized ringband
See UPDATE below. This is a very cool little device. I like that I can wear it on my finger, ring-style rather than having something clamped on to my finger. The ring is silicone, with an expansion loop, so it will fit most adults’ fingers. The touchscreen display alternates back and forth between pulse and oxygen level, activated by touching the screen. The readings will also save in the ring and can be uploaded to their app. These readings record when levels drop below whatever threshold you set.I gave this 4â rather than 5â FOR NOW because I have not yet checked it against a calibrated oxygen sensor to check the accuracy of the readings. I want to do that the next time I am with a medical provider. This ring has given me some O3readings that are lower than I expected to see…some 90%, 92%, 94% levels. I’m used to seeing 97%+… That does not mean these are incorrect readings, yet it caught me by surprise. Periodic low O2 levels might explain some issues I’ve noticed. I want to check the readings against a calibrated unit (side-by-side, in real time) before making a final assessment on the accuracy of the readings.NOTE: The seller does note that this is not intended as a medical device, yet if the readings check out as accurate, wearing this ring will be a convenient way to monitor this data to give me an idea of the ups and downs that I may need to pay attention to, similar to what a fitness watch might do, and being able to upload and keep a record of levels in the app rather than writing them down will help me be a bit more consistent in tracking this data.UPDATE: I compared the readings of this ring vs. a calibrated finger clip sensor my nurse has, and I found this ring frequently showed my O2 levels as being lower than the finger clip O2 sensor. For example, while the calibrated finger clip show my O2@ 96%, the ring showed continually updated readings of 90%, 92%, 94%, 96%, 93%…So that does not give me an immense amount of confidence in the accuracy of the O2 readings. Interestingly, my pulse reading did consistently match the reading that the other device showed.

Works well and accurate.
I got this O2Ring couple of weeks ago and I have been wearing it continuously since then. This is the first time I have started to use O2 ring. I am very pleased and impressed with its operation, efficiency, capabilities, and reporting. I was looking to replace my aging finger clip style pulse oximeter and I am glad I chose this one. It is made and built well with some state-of-the-art technology, and it is designed well to be comfortable when worn and give accurate data. All the data is synched to its app that works great and produces metrics that are easy to understand and track. The best feature that I really like is the vibrating alarm feature. As I wear it throughout the night, its vibrating alarm wakes me up when it detects a low O2 level. I can set the thresholds for O2 levels to trigger the alarm. While I try different methods and therapeutics to better my sleep, I can test the efficiency of those treatments using my O2 ring. The best part is that it is rechargeable, so I donât have to worry about replacing coin batteries every time. It is of very good quality and does exactly what I need and want it too. Compared to my old unit finger slip style machine that used to give accurate values, this provides measurements are identical and accurate. The readings of this ring also consistent (within 5%) with the heart rate sensor.

Big device for ring
This set comes with the device, charging cord, and directions. It uses a USB C cord to charge, which is good. A charge will last about a day, or a couple of nights. It is quite large. It needs to be worn on your thumb, pointer finger, or pinky finger towards the outside. It’s not very adjustable and should have a band that can be snugged. I can wear this on my thumb with success, but it moves around on my pointer finger and that causes errors. If your O2 falls below your set value, the device will vibrate until it goes up again. For me, this means that it wakes me up as I am sleeping on my arm. It’s a neat idea, but unless you have really large hands, it’s not practical to wear all day. It connects via Bluetooth to an app on your phone and uploads the data. There are in app upgrades available and you can connect the app to other fitness device apps. There is also a program for your computer that you can download. You get a reading of the entire time you wear the device for your O2, pulse, and movement. It’s a bit pricey when you compare it to similar items. If you have small hands, this device may not fit you well. You have to be careful when you pick it up not to stick your finger in to hold it as that will activate it. It does work well if you can get it fitted correctly. It would also be good to have another quality device to compare it to to be sure it’s working for you. It’s more like a 3.5 star device for the price and design issues.

Expensive software after spending $200
The page talks about the features you get with this new product. But what they do not say that there is an expensive fee per year to get these results. The product while expensive gives a lot of information; but if you cannot access is it worth it? The description of product should explain the that you have to pay for the services, annually so product is many $100s. Also charger is hard to use. While I thought their older product was useful, this new product may not be worth the price.
