I’m VERY pleased with the product, but I had a devil of a time putting it together because I found the directions so confusing! It ended up being a fairly simple set-up, but the directionsdiagram was odd.

Using for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. I like the bars so that I can still see her on the video monitor. Very easy for me to raise and lower bars. Very sturdy. Length ensures she cannot get out of bed on her own. She is a fall risk.

If you need a bedrail, look no further!
The time had come to add a bedrail to our bed for safety reasons. I did not want the bedroom to scream “medical supplies” so I looked for the feature that allowed the rail to be up or down. This bedrail does just that. With ease, the rail can be lowered and I am able to make the bed – including comforter – and no one would ever know there is a bedrail hidden. It only needs to make an appearance at night and remains our little secret! It was extremely easy to assemble and the quality is excellent. If you are in need of a bedrail and don’t necessarily want the “look” of a bedrail, please consider this one!

works well on my elderly motherâs bed
my mother is basically confined to her bed, but she has dementia and has tried to get up several times. The hospital bed we got from insurance has a guard rail, but it only covers a third of the bed. I ordered this and it covers the rest of the bed nicely, the only negative I would say is to bring the railing down there are two pieces that have to be pulled on either end and the distance is almost too much for one person to be able to lower the railing, but itâs secure and well-made.

The railing promotion is awesome. It does exactly what itâs supposed to do as soon as I get enough money Iâm gonna put a railing on the other side of the bed as well.

Very Secure and Good Size
After looking at the different purchasing options for bed safety guards and finding most to be small, I bought 2 of these in order to get my mother out of her hospital bed after a fall and surgery (and unfortunately dementia). She was confined to a small hospital bed and was only able to stay in one position throughout the time she was in bed. She was starting to develop bed sores and looked miserable. I decided to get these to keep her safe in her our bed without falling out. They were too large for what my Mom wanted ( on a twin xl long bed) but they were very sturdy. Wished we could have made them work for my Mom but I would recommend them. The quality was great.

I bought this item as my mum kept slipping out of bed. It has really reduced my stress levels as she is kept safe in her bed. It took a little bit of adjusting however now she feels safe too.The rail is easy to put together and is good quality.
