    Easy to use
Great phone ! So much easier for my 90 yr old father to use no more trying to find the on and off button’s on his cordless phone . Simply pick up the hand set or hang it up! The picture auto dial buttons are great there are 6 of them so he doesn’t have to remember phone #’s he loves the hand set volume control for the days he forgets to put his hearing aids in 😊, he has Xfinity Internet/phone I simply plugged the phone line in to the router and it was working in no time. I did purchase an extra long handset cord so he can pass it to my mom with out having to move the whole phone.

    Great tool for 91-year-old mother.
Good product. Easy to program and easy to insert photos on keys. Great aid for those with finger-dexterity issues – dial with one photo-button instead of 10+ digits. Mom’s facility phone system required an “8” for outside line; was able to program the extra digit as well: 8-1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Shortcomings: it’s a typical lightweight plastic unit, easily tugged off table; would love a heavy metal base with rubber feet to keep it from sliding. Also – does not appear to have speakerphone feature – dumb omission. Still, good product…

Perfect if you have small children
We got this phone so our kids can either call us, their grandparents or 911 without the need to find and unlock a cell phone. This was perfect. Pictures make it easy for them to dial.

    Great idea, if it worked.
Sadly, this phone isn’t working properly for my Mother. She has dementia and loved the idea of pushing a button with our picture to call us but 2 of them simply do not work. I’m in NC & she is in AZ so it’s very difficult to be able to get this returned. So disappointing.

    Good product for elderly
bought for an elderly relative. The spaces for the pictures were an inch or so big so I put an initial instead of a picture. This was easier to see. Programming was a bit tricky but once you got the hang of it it was ok. If the person holds the button too long it could reset it. One issueI found was that the person dropped the phone off the table. All the buttons fell out and so did the pictures. Be sure to take a picture of the grid so that you remember whose number is on each button. Sound Quality was good.

Bad connection and static on calls
The size of the buttons and the programmable photo buttons are great. Unfortunately, after a few months of use, the phone does not work well anymore. There’s a ton of static, an echo, and it’s really hard to even hear the person calling. It’s not the connection, because the other phone in the apartment works fine. I’ve changed plugs. I’ve changed locations. It’s the phone.

    Makes a big difference
Instead of using color photos, I printed black and white icons for front desk, nursing services, their grown kids – easier to see than color photos on printer paper. This cord is long enough to stretch from the table to the LazyBoy. Good sound quality. This phone works reliably. One of the buttons stopped working for a couple of days until I could get there and reprogram it. Not sure if Mom or Dad had pressed it too hard or what… but it was simple to reprogram and it works perfectly. The steps to program each button are a little counter-intuitive — the dial tone keeps sounding as you’re entering the numbers, so it might sound as if you’re doing something wrong. But follow the directions and it works. We will probably order a second one.

    So far so good
Perfect for Dad who has trouble dialing the phone. Easy to set up and working well. Was hesitant due to reviews. I’ll do an update later.

This product was purchased for a senior with beginning stages of memory loss. It certainly simplifies the process of making calls because the photos make it easy to understand who you are going to call. There are a couple of steps involved in making a call. You must press a call button before pressing the photo of who you are going to call. It worked for a time but eventually … could not remember to push the call button first. It is great for seniors with poor eyesight who calls the same people regularily.

My mom is in the early stages of dementia. Her memory is impaired a fair bit. She was having trouble using her phone. She had issues dialing a number and often misplaced the number for who she was trying to call. I saw this phone and thought it may solve her problems. It has large auto dial buttons so she simple has to look at the photo of the person she wants to call and press the button. She is able to use the phone perfectly and her stress level is certainly lowered. I should also add the phone is very well made. Extremely happy. I certainly recommend it.

Bought for my mother, who is getting a little forgetful.Easy to program once you decide which are the appropriate instructions to follow.Photo buttons are great, and you can use the punched out card stock (used for the generic packaged photos) for picture sizing when creating your own photos.A true speakerphone feature would have been nice.Packaged instructions indicate you need to include, minimally, an 11 digit format when entering phone numbers (country code & area code & phone number, I presume). The website download instruction are different, and do not mention the number of digits required. I did enter the phone numbers using the 11 digit format, but could not connect locally, so I deleted all but the actual phone number for local calls (which is normal for a corded phone). Worked fine after that. I will update review if the saved numbers delete themselves as others reviewers have noted. The phone is said to be desk or wall mount, but the wall mount is not compatible with a common telephone jack plate as they have not designed a recess into the phone for the raised telephone jack profile, or to accommodate extra phone cord. Shorter cords can be purchased, but a recess or cable caddy would still assist in cord storage. Instructions only indicate screw and wall plug mounting. This seems like a failed design feature that has been provided in any wall compatible phones I have had previously. I would surmise most people with a high mounted wall phone jack would want to use the wall jack rather than screw the phone to the wall adjacent to the jack.
