We learning to use this transfer board. Made several transfers from wheelchair to car and back. as well as transfers from bed to chair. Slides easily and quite durable. The patient is of slight build and works great for him. It is orange plastic and seems quite durable for the task it was designed for. Did not leave it in car when were finished for the day. Do not want to expose it to our hot summer weather. Have not weighed it but feel it is around 4-5lbs. .03inches as indicated on its sight.

I have a wooden board but it was hard for me to transfer over on anything. This board makes it much easier. I have MS and my legs aren’t working. So this is great.

Slide board for paraplegic
Perfect gadget for assist with transferring myself for chair to wheelchair to bed. It is sturdy and I feel very safe using. Highly recommended.
