Sock aid
Love this product. Made putting on socks a breeze! Very easy to use and did much better a job than I thought it was going to when I ordered it. A pleasant surprise! Itâll last many years Iâm sure. When my knee wonât allow me to reach my feet it is a GOD SEND BLESSING!

This thing works
I don’t normally take the time to write product reviews, but this time I will. I received the sock aid today and have used it twice already. This will be a game-changer for me.Before, I dreaded changing socks because my left knee is damaged and I can’t bend it enough to pull a sock on in a normal manner without it hurting too much to hold it in the right position for the length of time that it takes to get the sock on. It is extremely painful when I try to do so and I usually only attempt it after I have had enough pain relievers to help dull the pain a bit, and then when I do manage to struggle and get the sock on, my entire leg aches for hours afterward. Now, it looks like I should be able to resume my dressing routine without ruining my day (or night). This product actually works. I am impressed. It may result in prematurely-stretched out socks, but who cares? I will willingly buy a few extra socks per year if I can keep putting them on without crying out loud (I don’t really, but sometimes I want to).I’m not sure how much more that I would have paid for this product, but now that I know how well it works, it would be worth a few dollars more to me (don’t tell the manufacturer, though).I would recommend this product to anyone who struggles to get their socks on. I wear large men’s socks, so I can’t speak as to how well it will work for smaller sizes, but it is worth a try in my opinion.

Eh
Bought this because the arthritis in my knees most mornings make it hard to put my socks on. I have little feet 6 1/2 shoe. So my socks are little. This is a little big and kinda hard to get my socks on the device but I tried one of my grown sons socks on it and it works pretty good. So if these were sold according to Shoe size it would probably work a lot better for us people with smaller feet. It’s a good idea just a little hard to get smaller socks on the device.

Easy, Painless, Quick solution to putting on socks.
Fat/Old/Lazy/Injured/ or Disabled. This simple device is perfect for you!For decades, I struggled with socks because of a chronic spinal injury. I couldn’t bend over that far. This device has changed my life and has blessed me with a sense of independence. So very easy to use: Place sleeve between knees. Press legs together to reduce circumference of the Aid. Slide sock over sleeve. Hold onto the roped handles, and slide foot into device. Pull up on rope to remove sleeve from sock. Easy peasy. It gets easier and faster after only a few times. I use it every day. Works with all types and sizes of adult socks.Makes a caring gift for a loved one.The perfect “stocking stuffer.” (Ouch! Pun intended.)

Essential to recovery
It’s nearly impossible to get compression socks on after hip replacement surgery. This gizmo made the job so much easier. Along with a grabber I could put the very tight and difficult socks on myself. It’s essential if you don’t have help or want to do things yourself.

It does its job
We bought this for my grandma as she is losing that flexibility she once had. She doesn’t love it but it gets the job done. It’s hard for her to position it on her foot and she has to pull really hard. This is not necessarily a product flaw but just the reality of her condition. The foam handles work a lot better than most products we have used. Just not the right one for my grandma!

Extremely easy to use!
If your having difficulty putting your socks on this is the ticket. Place sock on– slide your foot through– and pull up on rope and socks slide on. I used it after hip surgery and it is a fantastic tool. Better than a family member. It is always on time.. doesn’t talk back…and never complains!

I gave one to a friend and she couldnât use it but I think she tried with tight support stockings. I use it for all my socks and it works great. It took me a minute to figure out how but itâs actually quite simple. If you have trouble bending over or get out of breath when you do, get this and you wonât be sorry.

I just had hip replacement surgery. After one practice try this product works perfectly. Make sure the sock is pulled on all the way so your toes get all the way in to the end of the sock. Pull up slowly and voila…sock is on. My husband tried it out and of course pulled the aid out quickly and it did not pull the sock all the way up and over the ankle. Slowly over and around the heel does it nicely!

I have size 9 medium male feet, and both knees stiff after quadricep tendon repairs. This sock helper works great after I got down the learning curve (about 10 mornings). Experiment with different ways of using it til you find the methods that work best for you. The sticky foam pad tore off after a few uses, but left the adhesive patch behind, which is perhaps intended, as it provides grippy friction to pull the sock up. This device is probably too big for little feet and little tight socks, as the sock must be able to stretch over and envelop the device. I can imagine using this thing for the rest of my life, unless upcoming physiotherapy totally restores knee flexibility.

Fantastic product simple concept and easy to use. Give me back my independence to be able to wear socks anytime not only when I have help to put them on.

Excellent …does what you need it to do.Put on socks without bending over.Great for anyone having an artificial knee surgery whereby they need to wear the elastic stockings (which are impossible to put on just for ordinary folks). so this ingenious tool is a godsend!
