Bulky but super protective for overnight.
As a senior citizen, Iâm troubled by nighttime incontinence protection needs (due to meds & medical conditions). I find this product more protective than most. It is super bulky though. Not a problem if itâs the âlastâ pad you put on prior to going to bed. When I awaken in the morning, there are no wet or damp bed clothes.Iâll likely continue to buy & use.

Fit into the pull-up just fine, sticks to surface quickly so make sure you get it where you need it to be on the first try. The back is wider, which is great at night. You can also use them in your regular panties during the daytime if you have better control during your waking hours. I have tried many, many different brands from medical supply stores on down to your normal department/drug stores, and these work the best for me. Only one thing i would change is the length of the pad to be about 2 inches longer. They are long but I would like a little more length for nighttime.

They are very wide but creates No Leakage. They do seem too big but after using other Poise sizes I find this size really helps with accidents. A smaller size pad Always resulted in wet under wear and wet pants. So awful. So these may seem large but to me they handle my accidents expertly. If you suffer with leakage, these will fix that problem. Life is hard enough with bladder problems, so this takes care of it!

Poise # 8’s do not absorb overnight leakage
These pads were very unsatisfactory for overnight use, as they do not seem to absorb my leakage. The only way I am able to use them is during that part of the day when I can expect a small amount of leaks

I previously mentioned that these pads need a stronger adhesive. I received another shipment and viola! the new adhesive is very strong. They also changed the print color on the directional arrow previously too difficult to see. These pads are very much better than Always.
