My old oxygen concentrator quit working after 12 years of use. I was referred to a sleep specialist and I would have had to sleep in a hospital room for a night, all wired up, no fans or air circulation, no sleep aids and then to top it off they would not accept my insurance plan. There is no way I could sleep under those conditions. Sounded like a horrible night with my husband dropping me off at night and picking me up in the morning while driving an hour round trip each time. I found this with no Rx needed and it works great for me. I live at high altitude at 6300 ft elevation. The oxygen is constant flow. I paid out of pocket and the price was very reasonable. The size makes it travel friendly.

It breathes
I just received and set it up. The manual with has very little information! It sounds like it is breathing (honest) Iâd like to turn that off if possible! Also I donât know what the voice function is for? No explanation in manual! I tried talking to it but no response ?!

Item was broken when I received my package I will need to return it. I saw fed ex deliver it and he just threw it I saw him didnât even take a picture. Item is a five star but not the guy who delivered it.

Works great
Bought this product to take when we travel. I have portable tanks & an Inogen but they only supply oxygen on demand. This works great as it feeds me oxygen constantly. No more waking with a headache & feeling tired.

Item is ok, but remote should come with battery!!!
Remote should come with a battery. Instructions should be clearer. I had to go onto YouTube to make sure I was using it correctly.
