    No leakage yet
My search for the perfect diaper for our needs is over. These fit and worked well for my friend with dementia and is bed ridden. I’m not his wife or anything like that so the less leakage the better for me. Plus a great value for the $$

    Huge and hard to tear
These are great. My GM is a plus size wearing 3x clothes and they fit perfect with extra room. They don’t give her a rash, are very think and are not easy to tear.

McKesson Extended Wear/Stretch Brief missing fasteners
Have ordered the McKesson extended wear brief for almost two years and occasionally encounter issues with the brief’s fasteners. My last order of two cases L/XL maximum absorbency ( 14 count, 4 packs per case, 56 total per case) had one pack with all of the fasteners detached or missing. The other 3 packs had at lease one or two briefs with the same issue of detached fasteners. I tried contacting the company using the telephone number on the package, but never received a return call. I like the absorbency of the product, but not cost effective if one half of the case is not usable.

    Faulty briefs
The last two deliveries of the McKesson extended wear ultimate briefs have contained multiple defects. Each package has had at least 3-4 pieces with broken tabs or partially attached tabs. This makes the brief useless. I don’t know what has changed with production but I am looking for another provider.

    The best so far
Easy to put on. No leaks. My dad is a big man and those are just right for him. Soft and the best partThey absorb a lot..

Not enough material in the front on the sides
They need to more material on the sides in the front so that it will stay in place it slips out of place and moves all over because the sides are too short and causes leaking very unhappy with this product

  7. Art Zilla

Well made and fits well too!
These are made with large single tabs, much better than the two small tabs used by most others. They don’t come apart on their own when wearing like most others.

Not Impressed, Very Thin, Far from Extended Wear
I was expecting far more from these. Its very difficult to tell from the pictures but they are nothing like what I expected. I have worn diapers of basically every grade at every price point for years and these are thinner and cheaper than even some basic pull-on types. They are at best 1/2 as thick as the kind I wear on average, which are what I would call actual extended wear. They also don’t fit me that well. The sizing feels ok but the materials are thin and don’t give any sort of hug feeling, like they just feel weak and fragile. The way these close onto you using two long side strips makes the point of contact thin and weak and doesn’t stay in place. They just don’t feel secure even when snug. I know these cost a lot less but when it comes to containing incontinence or either form, failure is not fun and not worth it. My build is 6′ 220lbs with a 34″ waist and I only have to deal with bladder issues for reference. If you need something with actual extended wear capacity and top grade build, I highly recommend Trest Elite or Northshore Megamax. If you want something exceeding all of these you should look into the ABDL sector like Tykables, ABU, or Bambino because they like diapers so they put way more effort into making them good.
