Helped my mom
This is very easy for my mom with Alzheimer’s to use. She was having trouble trying to dial mu number the regular way.The big buttons with a name or picture works great.I did program every button with my number saying different names because she’s forgetting our names. Like tye ppl beside u. Next was your daughter. Then my name one with my husband’s name. You get the idea now.

Defective
I ordered this for my elderly father who lives 4 hours from me. He says it doesn’t work and he’s had a healthcare worker help him with it. Good thing it was cheap! I guess I’ll just absorb the cost. Buyers beware! I’m not able to return it…. Amazon.com maybe you can do something for me. But it’s ok if you don’t. It was only like 25 bucks, but look at my history. I spend a lot on here…. I’m talking thousands per year! Anyway, folks – don’t buy this piece of garbage.

THIS PHONE SUCKS
I purchased this phone for my wife. She is hard of hearing. Replaced it with another phone six short months later to stop the complaints. This is not the one you want plus you need batteries.
