The Drive Medical Non-Tilt Overbed Table with Wheels is a sturdy, adjustable bed table. Great as a portable desk or hospital table, it raises and lowers easily, to reach the perfect height for writing, eating, or using as a computer. The swivel casters make this rolling table easy to move from one position or room to the next. The laminated surface is textured, making it difficult for items to slide off your table, and once your desired height is reached, the tabletop locks firmly and safely into place. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty from Drive Medical, a leading brand of medical furniture, mobility aids, and other medical goods for more than 20 years, you can purchase with confidence.
Secure and Stable: This standing desk has a walnut, wood grain low-pressure laminate top that can be raised with the slightest upward pressure and locks securely when the height adjustment handle is released
Easy Maneuverability: H-style base with 2-inch swivel casters provides stability and allows the portable table to be easily moved
Adjustable: Desk can be raised or lowered in infinite positions between 28 and 45 inches
Specifications: 15 inches in depth x 30 inches in width x 28-45 inches in height; base dimensions: 15.5 inches in depth x 26.5 inches in width; weight capacity: 40 lbs

much better than a tv table or lap tray
My partner is very ill. He eats most of his meals in a chair in the Livingroom. I had a TV table and it ended up with most of his meal on the floor or in his lap. I loved how easy the table was to put together and it’s incredible sturdy-heavy. Not in the least flimsy. It rolls up easily to his chair and I can adjust the height if needed. It’s perfect and makes our life much easier. Thank you for such a well made product.

Great product, careful of the wheels!
Fairly easy to assemble but the instructions could be a smidge more clear. SUPER sturdy. The wheels are cheap and I may wind up replacing them, I cracked one during install by stepping on the base to lock it in. Still functional and I will put that one on me, it should have been clear from the plastic construction that I should not have done that. Very satisfied overall!

    Good table.
Little on the wobbly side now and then but it’s really a good table for the most part.

Commercial Quality at a mindful price.
This is a sturdy, all metal (except for table top), mobile bed side table. It has a commercial quality that I have only seen within hospital or medical facilities. It’s not too heavy and it’s on wheels (casters) that lock. The hand trig which engages and disengages the spring loaded latch is sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. At first I felt the movement up and down, in the various locked positions, were sticky or resistant to move. This was happening because I was not applying pressure directly over the pedestal, while attempting to lower and lift the tabletop. If you attempt to apply pressure anywhere but right over the pedestal the spring loaded mechanism will not be smooth and transitioning the table top up and down will be difficult.

Lift mechanism does not lock in place!
We followed assembly directions. The lift mechanism does not lock. It raises and lowers without issue. But, when pressing the side handle to lower to preferred height, the mechanism does not lock in place. I sent an email to the manufacturer, Drive Medical, on Friday, 7/19. Did not receive a reply. Resent email Monday, 7/22 and as of Tuesday, 7/23, I still have not received a reply. I recently suffered an injury and I am temporarily homebound, unable to return the product to an Amazon drop off. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from Drive Medical, especially since warranty suggests they can be contacted anytime.

Can’t beat it for the price. I bought this table prior to having surgery to have next to my bed during recovery. It holds all the things I need, and I can easily roll it towards me or away while in bed. This made items really easy to reach when I lacked mobility. The table was easy to assemble watching the video that’s available on the item’s page. We used the video more than the enclosed instructions. Seems like the manufacturer might have improved the item, as nothing sprang out at us when we were assembling it. There is actually a long screw that secures the mechanism while you build it, and it’s the last thing to come out at the end, so be sure to FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! There was a small rattling noise once it was fully assembled, but turned out that it was the handle, and I solved the problem by wedging a small piece of cardboard in under it.

Satisfied with table. Need to put quite a lot of pressure on it to put into low position.
