This is a white cream cleanser that comes in a tube. It is mainly natural ingredients, leaping bunny certified (meaning it is cruelty-free) & responsible resourcing-it states all that on the back of the tube. My skin has always been sensitive and reactive and especially in winter with dry indoor heating and cold outdoor winds. I need a cleanser that is fragrance-free and isn’t foaming so it doesn’t strip my skin of moisture or make it rough and red. This cleanser contains aloe which adds some moisturizing properties. If I am wearing transfer resistant long-wearing makeup I remove it first with micellar water or a makeup remover tissue. I dampen my face first apply a small of amount of cleanser to clean my face working it in circular motions with my fingertips. The cleanser is rather thick but I have found removing it with a damp washcloth works well. I allow my face to dry then apply treatment or moisturizer (always use sunscreen during the day). For someone that had former skin issues my skin looks better and gets noticed. It is an economical way to keep my face clean andthere are no parabens or phthalates in this cleanser either.

It takes me a very long time to decide on products especially skin care. It takes day, research, reviews, comparison and youtube videos. I have tried cerave, ponds, Cetaphil ponds vani cream and others. I have sensitive skin so my options are limited. So far of vanicream was the best but in the winter it left my skin red and itchy. I have oily skin in the summer and I’m learning that I have combination skin in the winter so the other products didn’t work for me anymore. They were too thin and watery. My skin never felt clean. I’ve only used this for a few days but so far by feel alone I love it. The downside is that it smells like glue but the scent is not strong or offensive. Its to be expected with a semi natural product. But it is nice and smooth not too thick or too thin like the vanicream and cetaphil. It took off makeup a lot better than the others as well. Did not have to double cleanse. I also like the moisturizing effect. My skin feels clea and not heavy. It takes time to see how my skin adjusts to new products so I will give it some time before I make a follow-up review but so far I give it 4 stars. Great price as well especially because u really only need a pea sized amount. I normally ignore products that say that but its very true with this one. It will last me a long time.

Pleasant, gentle cleanser
I’ve been using this cleanser for close to a month now and really like it. The cream texture took a day or two to get used to – no foaming (which I’ve come to appreciate) and an almost-moisturizer feel. But it definitely gets my skin clean without leaving the unpleasant tightness that foamier cleansers can cause. I only wear a light amount of make-up each day, but what I do wear washes away cleanly. I plan to buy this again when it runs out, which probably won’t be for a while since you get a decent amount of product in the tube and a bit appears to go a long way.

irritates my sensitive dry skin
This cleanser stings my face and eyes, causing redness.On the plus side, it is pleasant and easy to use. The scent is light and the price is great.Still, I think I will have to return it, very sorry to say.While it does have mostly good reviews, a few other people with sensitive skin have also experienced irritation and redness.If your skin is not very sensitive it may be worth a try!

En general mi piel del rostro se irrita fácilmente, he usado varios limpiadores faciales y casi todos me han irritado. Probé los de Aloe Vera de The BodyShop y si bien no me irritaban, sà me secaban el rostro. La crema limpiadora de Burts Bees es bastante suave y no sólo no me ha secado la piel del rostro, también la noto más suave o tersa, más jugosa sin llegar a ser grasa (y eso que mi piel es grasa). El cambio lo noté como al mes de usarlo. Tiene una consistencia de crema, no hace espuma, por lo que al principio cuesta acostumbrarse, pero nada del otro mundo. Pienso usarla con un cepillito facial para limpiar un poco más mi rostro, aunque solo será para probar.

I am insanely picky when it comes to these types of items and this one checked all the boxes for me.Its slightly too oily and it benefits from using it with a washcloth but other than that its amazing.

Inizialmente mi è sembrata una crema troppo corposa per essere un detergente: mentre la massaggio sento il viso untissimo e penso che mi rimarrà tale. In realtà si risciacqua benissimo e la pelle rimane morbida e liscia: davvero una bella sensazione. Come detergente quotidiano lo trovo buono, ma come struccante non mi ha entusiasmata. Considerando che solitamente non uso un trucco eccessivamente pesante, devo dire che ne rimuove ben poco. Io lavo via il grosso con questo prodotto ma devo sempre e comunque terminare con lâacqua micellare. Peccatoâ¦.
