Tastes good – thicker than regular
Boost high calorie adds almost 200 more calories to aid in maintaining weight. The vanilla tastes good, not as good as a milkshake but I actually looked forward to drinking it. It is a bit thicker than Boost regular and plus but that made it more like an ice cream drink. Nestle has a lot of experience with flavors and it shows in their health products. Price seems high until you consider that a bottle costs less than a meal deal at a fast food drive-thru. I did notice a California ingredient warning so I would research that a bit more if I drank the max 8 a day or intended long term use. Otherwise highly recommended.

A good way to get extra calories
I got these for my husband. He works very hard in the summers. He is thin and cannot afford to lose more weight. I try to make sure he drinks one of these every afternoon. They are high in calories and he likes the taste.

Helps slow or stop weight loss
I had been on a medication for several months that causes weight loss, including the loss of muscle mass, so decided to try these to combat the effects of the med. They have helped slow and maybe even stabilize the weight loss. These drinks are not like the usual liquid meal supplement than are thin and almost watery- they are actually thick like a true shake. I’ve found them to be pleasant tasting and pleasant and easy to drink, but they are a little pricey for their small 8 oz. size.

I purchased this high calorie boost for my son because heâs very slim and has trouble gaining weight his entirety life. Heâs been drinking one a day between meals, and he says it taste good. My mom needs as many calories as possible in the things she eats or drinks. This is close to 200 calories more than the other Boost we could get in town. She is able to maintain her weight with these drinks. She lost her taste and smell over a year ago due to COVID and it never returned, so we can’t comment on the taste because she can’t taste it, but she is able to drink it.

Tasty little shake
I bought this hoping to gain a few pounds, but after a case of it, I haven’t gained an ounce. It’s got a great taste, but it’s a little expensive. I’m on the fence about ordering another case since it doesn’t seem to be helping me gain weight.
