When it works right, it’s great!
Haven’t had this very long. Purchased for my elderly father to make it easier for him to make calls. It was pretty easy to program, (without even utilizing instructions), I hit the ‘store’ button, punched in the desired phone number, then pushed the picture button that I wanted to assign it to. Instead of pictures, I simply wrote names on the backs of the included pictures.A week or so later my father called me but asked for my sister, turns out he did push the button for her, but got me instead. Something went wonky with the stored numbers so not too confident this will remain useful in the future. Had no other issues with volume, etc. But that’s a pretty bad issue to be having with it.
