High Quality Meal Replacement With REAL Ingredients For Maintenance or Gaining Alike
I’ve been using Animal products pretty much exclusively for years, particularly their vitamins. (Animal Pak/Flex)I’m trying to undergo a bit of a body recomp to get ready for the summer and didn’t hesitate with this. Unlike a lot of other meal replacements, you can actually TASTE the ingredients listed, which is why when I read the ingredient list I almost couldn’t believe it– The oats in particular are very noticeable and there will usually be some in the shaker after I drink it; I live a very active lifestyle and train hard 5-6 days a week, so without supplements it’s very difficult for me to hit my macros, I usually use two full servings of this along with 2 regular meals, so the amino acid profile and ingredients are very important to me. This makes it A LOT easier to hit my macros and even though I’m trying to cut up for summer with a 500-750 calorie deficient, I also want to ensure I keep my protein and carbs high enough to get through training and maintain my strength/muscle.It blends quite easily for how packed it is with dense high quality ingredients, (no need for a blender, works fine with a regular shaker) and the chocolate is decent– compared to a lot of other meal replacements this isn’t loaded with sugar/filler (a lot of other gainers are just random carb filler, this one you can literally TASTE) so it tastes more like ‘whole food’ than a lot of other meal replacements, but to me that’s a good sign, I’m always leery when protein/meal replacements taste ‘too sweet.’ I also like the macro profile a little more than some other gainers; just 2 scoops for 500 calories, 49 carbs and 46 grams of protein; a lot of other meal replacements/gainers are a little too heavy on carbs.I have zero issues with digestion; no bloating or other ‘issues’ (I can take the full serving with milk without needing to rush to the bathroom like some other products) and it does satisfy me quite well in the mornings and after my training session.The only ‘caveat’ is that it’s only 20 servings, so at 2x servings a day, it only lasts about 10 days. A whole month of this stuff is about $150/mo but really that’s still only about $5/day which is NOTHING for 2 perfectly portioned ‘meals’ a day.I’ve only been using this product for a bit over a week, but already I can see a healthy change in my energy levels in the gym and outside. I’ll probably continue taking this throughout my summer cut and beyond.

Does its job well
I’ve been using this for quite a while now and love it! I tried it initially for 2 reasons: I didn’t have much time for breakfast, and I needed more protein in my diet. It covered these 2 issues and then some.The shake itself is easy to mix. I seldom see any globs stuck to the side of the shaker. When I drink whey I tend to see many globs if not mixed right. This is made with protein from meat and eggs and is much better than whey. The chocolate flavor is also yummy!The calories in this drink are the right amount for a meal replacement. If I drink this for breakfast, I don’t get hungry until lunch, and I don’t need to snack.My only complaint is the price. If you drink this every day you will go through 1.5 tubs per month. That’s approximately $100 per month. Remember, this is a meal replacement, so you would otherwise spend that money on other food. However, I tend to eat eggs for breakfast which are very inexpensive. I spend less than $10 a month on eggs. I end up paying $90 for the convenience of not having to cook breakfast before work. Some people may not find the extra cost worth the benefit.Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will continue using it in the near future. If I find myself having more time to cook breakfast, I’ll probably discontinue use to save money.

Without doubt one of if not the worst tasting product I’ve ever used. I tried to get past the taste but instead tipped it in the bin. The container is good though and is now of use in my shed.
