Exactly what I was looking for my PC
UPdate:I have to stand up and down multiple times during the day (I work from home) due to my back problem and this desk was a perfect solution. It’s been a month since I start using this as my computer desk. I am using this table up/down at least 10x + day (much often than people who buys this kind of table) with 30 lbs equipment on the top and it is still working well. It’s easy to move it up and down as I needed. Very solid construction.I have very bad back problem and I have to stand up from the chair often while I am working. But, sitting down and standing up constantly every hour or so working on PC that are stationed on the regular desk isn’t the best situation. While standing up, my back feels better, but looking down on monitor and type while standing up position quickly lead my carpal to flare up and start to have neck pain. One push button ergo-desk would have been the best choice, but cost of those types of desk is over $1000.00 at the cheapest. So, I had to come up with something that would work for my situation without paying too much money. While I was searching for a desk that can easily move up and down I found this table. I look over the description and the size of this table would work for my ‘All in one PC” . High rating of the review also help me to purchase this table. But, I wasn’t sure if it would really work for my situation. The below, I list my review on this table.1) It’s surprisingly well made desk for the price: I honestly didn’t expect it to be study enough to hold my PC and still able to move up/down easily whenever I need to stand up.2) The powder coded heavy gauge gun metal base looks very attractive too.3) Very affordable: Cost under $50.00 is big plus. I would have paid more even if I saw this at the store.4) Putting it together: It’s very easy and almost doesn’t need to read the instruction, But, I suggest you read the instruction first before start to put it together. There is a screw that you SHOULD NOT remove and it marked clearly with removable label. Also, it indicated on the instruction for this. So, it’s good idea to skim through the instruction how to put together.5) Moving up/down: It’s very easy. It springs up very easily and push down with one hand while the other hand control the lever on the side. It wouldn’t be an issue if you are using this table as intended. However, if you are using it like I am, as regular desk for All in one PC (heavy – over 25 lbs), You will need a little more effort to pulling the desk up since what is on the top of the table will be heavier than just food tray or laptop. While holding the lever, other hand should help along to bring the table up. Then, release the lever to lock the table’s heights BEFORE both hands off from the table. You have to support the weight until height of the table locks.6) Surface area: This table top size is approx 15″ x 30″, so it would accommodate large laptop or food tray.7) Table top is made out of pressed board – MDF- and it’s about 1″ thick cover with some types of plastic material to wipe the table without damaging the base material. If you are using it as intended for the item (food tray/laptop/books), it wouldn’t be an issue. Perfect as is. For me, using this table as mobile work station to hold my All in Once PC, which is much heavier and larger than the laptop, I wanted a little more heavy duty wood that can support my PC. So, I didn’t use the tabletop that came with the kit. Instead, I cut plywood (same thickness/size as original piece) and attach it to the table. I also drill the 2″ hole on the table for the wires/cords, so all electrical cords can be tucked under the table neatly and I gather it all tied to the metal stand.8) Wheels: It has 2 locking wheels and 2 regular wheels, but it doesn’t stand balanced on carpet. So, I put wheel cup under each wheels and now it doesn’t move and table stands firmly on the floor. It’s works perfectly for me. If this table would last only a year, I would still buy same table again and use it same way describe above. For the price, you can’t go wrong. But, I think this table would last long time. And now, I can get up when my back is hurting by sitting on the chair too long, I just pull up the table all the way and working standing up. When my back feels better, I simply bring the table to my desk level and working sitting down. It’s that easy!

Exactly what I wanted – a sturdy, mobile table for my laptop
I got this table to use while relaxing in my lounger in our game room so I can comfortably play World of Warcraft and browse the internet on my laptop. I’d previously used a lap desk, but I wanted a free-standing table not reliant on my lap. I’d looked at some smaller laptop tables, but wanted ample room for my mouse and whatever else, so I thought a table like this would be a great option. Overall it went smoothly, but there were a couple things I thought would be helpful to point out.PackagingThe table was packaged well and the table top wrapped in plastic to protect it. All the hardware was packaged neatly and numbered according to the instructions. There were two straps around the box to keep it secured, but you could tell people had lifted it by those straps so they had cut into the box slightly. That didn’t appear to cause any damage. My only packaging complaint is they screwed the mounting bracket through the plastic so I had to loosen the 8 screws to cleanly remove it.Assembly & InstructionsI assembled this myself in a leisurely 30ish minutes. Some of that time was spent getting tools and petting dogs. You will need a large Phillips head screwdriver, 10mm wrench and they say a 16mm wrench, which I didn’t have in my wrench set, but I used a 5/8″ wrench successfully instead. I thought the instructions were very well written, easy to follow and clear. I included photos of the instructions so you can decide for yourself. The only assembly challenge I had was in step 5 – the holes didn’t align properly. So I loosened the nut in step 4, adjusted the bracket and everything lined up. So maybe wait to completely tighten the nut in step 4 until you’ve ensured those holes are lined up.Lift MechanismIn reading the reviews, I was a bit worried that any time I barely grazed the table, it would pop up and fling my laptop across the room. That is not the case, fortunately. I can bump the bottom of the table pretty hard, and it only slightly moves up in small increments. If you open palm the bottom of the table (like waiters hold serving trays) you can slide the table up. It’s not the smoothest action, since the lift rod keeps it from flying up, but it’s not bad. I set my drink on it, pushed up and was fine. Nothing wild happened. The lowering lever is easy to use (especially when installed correctly). I’m starting to get arthritis in my hands and have somewhat poor grip, so it’s nice to be able to use this lever with ease. Lowering is very smooth and simple.SturdinessI expect to rarely have more than my laptop and mouse on here, so I’m not super concerned about a weight limit, but pressing down on the table, it feels sufficiently sturdy.QualityStructurally, I think the quality is great. It didn’t take much to put it together and it feels strong. The table top does have some small chips around the edges where it was cut and I imagine I’m going to wear it down more by resting my arms on the edge. If it gets bad, I’ll just wrap it in a PVC countertop wrap (like from EZ FAUX DECOR, which we used in our kitchen). The wheels are pretty basic wheels, nothing fancy, but they work great.SizeThe tabletop measures 15×30 inches. I can comfortably fit my laptop and mouse with room to spare.OverallThis table is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to put together, it’s easy to use and it’s very sturdy. I’m so pleased with this table and recommend it for anyone wanting a reasonably priced, decently-sized, roll-around table that fits nicely around furniture. I hope this was helpful!

Hard to assemble, but worth the effort
It was hard to put together. It took 2.5 hours to assemble. Directions on the instruction flyer is different than the video in the product description on amazon. But after it was assembled, it turned great!!! We love it!

Nice for the price
Purchased this for an upcoming surgery. I was skeptical bc of so many mixed reviews. Is it as sturdy and solid as hospital ones? No. Is it functional? Yes. Is it wobbly? A little. Is it hard to adjust up and down? No.It’s really a nice piece for the price. It holds everything I need, it adjust fine. It’s slightly wobbly. Really it’s not that bad, I’m just trying to understand all the mixed reviews. All I can say is if you’re looking for a $200 hospital quality table this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a hospital table without paying $200 this is definitely it!

Excelente calidad, el material es muy resistente y luce muy bien. Es un poco tardado armarla pero es entendible. Es facil de manipular y tiene muy buena altura.

This table was very easy to put together. The only issue we had was with a label that had been put in the wrong spot. The last thing you are supposed to do is remove a screw. There are two labels, they look like the reinforcement labels we used in school on our binder papers. One warns do not remove. The other one instructs to “remove this screw”. That one was put below that screw that we were not supposed to remove. The screw that needed to be removed was ABOVE the screw that was not to be removed. The table has a lever on the end. A very gentle touch lets the table rise. You have to be careful, it will fly right up. We have found that putting it down is hit and miss. Sometimes it will slide down easily, other times you have to fight with it to get it down. We tend to leave it at the height we like. One thing I really like about this table is that it will rise much higher than others. It is very easy to move.It has two wheels that lock. Unfortunately one off the tabs for locking the wheel broke off shortly after we bought it. We do not need to lock it so that has not been an issue but would be for someone who needs to be able to lock it.
